Australian male/female voice for tutorials

I will be producing 10 - 15 very short video tutorials about budget software and I need a suitable voice narration. This is not 'hard sell', but friendly and clear instructions. A sample of narration for a video is included below.
We are looking for an australian voice or international english without a strong accent, either Male or Female.

When you start the cashtracks program, it is best to begin by building your budget before you enter your real accounts.

Start by adding your income.
Click the add income button to open the input window, and now you can add the income details.
Payment due. This is when the next payment is due, so select a date.
If this income is going to repeat, tick the repeat box.
Next, from the drop down menu, choose the repeat frequency.
By default, the end date is the same as your budget, but you can change this if you need to.
If you are adding a single income, do not tick the repeat box.
Next, add a note or message. This is optional.
Payment from. This is in-active. You will edit this from the accounts page.
Next, Choose a category, if the category you want is not shown, click, Add Categories to add a new category item.
Next, add the amount you expect this income to be.
Now check your work, and if there are no errors, click the add button to enter the transaction.
You are now ready to continue with your next item.
