Seeking an excellent Designer & PHP expert

Hi,
We are seeking an excellent creative designer with an expertise in Photoshop & HTML/CSS. You should be well experienced in Tableless Designs. A bit of PHP knowledge would be helpful.
Although this would end up in an ongoing association with the right provider/freelancer, for now we would like to start with 1 project. My present designer has quit so I have lots and lots of work that needs to be done.
To Start with we are redesigning our website. We already have the Theme ready and the HTML/CSS Code ready. But I don't like a couple of parts in that which would need to be modified a bit. Once that is done, you will need to take all the content from our old website and use it in the new website.
You will need to take the PHP Coding for Portfolio, Testimonials and use it in the new website.
I am looking for a designer and not a coder. So bid only if you have an excellent portfolio of designs which you can show.
This project should take 3-4 days maximum.
Flash knowledge would be a plus, although we don't require any flash in this project, I would need flash expertise in my future projects.
