Dessign of a news website in Photoshop

I need the design done in photoshop for the home page of a news site. Basically i will show you all the elements i need placed in th ehome page, examples on how i like them (taken from different websites), and you will need to integrate all these elements into one only dessign, where all the elements look well next to each other... So you will need to integrate them well together as far as the look of it. All these elements have been put in a dessign mock up... that shows where each element will go.
If you are interested, please give an initial quote for this project of what you would think this project would be. I will then provide the image (mock up) only to those people who are well experienced and have a quote which I can afford for this project. Then, after seeing the image, if it is different from what you expected, you can change your quote... so you will have all the elements you need during the process to know the exact requirements and adjust the quote before we reach an agreement. First point is to give me a first estimate of the quote. I am quite sensible to price. Other projects may come after this one. Thanks.
