Django Python Developer required.

Hi we have a busy website and require some basic improvements to it.
We need you to have good skills in the following
1- Python
2- Django framework
3- can speak and understand English requirements
4- can think ahead and ask the right questions
5- is flexible and a good communicator
6- is reasonable
7 - can speak to us in English via Skype
We need you help for ongoing development and testing
We have a development environment and a live environment
once we test your changes and are happy we need you to migrate your changes to the live site
The changes we require are simple and not overly complex.
