Build and design a website
£18-36 GBP / hour
We would like a site where a specific type of property can be advertised by owners, professionals or individuals for sale or lease. Each ‘seller’ will need to have an account/profile area as well as a page for each property to contain details, photographs, plans, maps, description, etc. Payment of advertising fees would need to be possible through the site. It will be a site exactly like [login to view URL] but applied to the sale and renting a specific type of property in the UK. The site will need to be near identical in functionality to [login to view URL] as well as a similar layout, feel and complexness to [login to view URL] but altered to fit our application and design/colour scheme. A major part of the site will be an easy to use map based search tool so users of the site can easily find property sites that are being advertised on the site according to location and various other search parameters.
We would like the site to have similar capabilities/functionality to the below websites but with the property being advertised would be land only:

We would like the site to have a similar design, layout and feel to:

• [login to view URL] –top menu you bar, simple page layout
• [login to view URL] – look, feel, layout, results page, property profile page
