I currently use a Studiopress Genesis wordpress theme/framework and require the homepage to be redesigned.
I want the front page to be redesigned as per my mock up. The mock up in the uploaded image is only for reference and is not to scale.
I would like the text area headline to be above the fold - plus maybe one or two sentences.
I understand above the fold is determined largely by screen size - so whatever is considered best practice.
Also regarding the 4 images that link to service pages. I want the option to be able to choose to just add an image OR to add java code that includes an image, like the following:

I will add all the images and text after you complete the design. So please just add lorem ipsum, and mock photos while you complete design.
A nice touch would be if I could easily add or subtract the number of services, and the size/ratio of the pictures.
Maintaining a mobile responsive site in the new design is required.
