Convert a Template to a Website

I need to update my website and have a WordPress template I'd like to use.
I'm looking for someone to implement the template with my content and help me get it live online.
I also would like to use a combination of templates for sections of the website as I'm finding one template doesn't do it all, so would like to be able to have a home page template and click on a section which takes you to another template suited to the content. Such as one for the home page and one for video portfolio and another one for photo portfolio, plus one for the store section to purchase items.
