Requirements:
- Add a simple blog to our static company site. Build it through webpress.
- Add search functionality. Add admin log in functionality on back end.
- Add 'feature articles' and snippets form these on all pages site wide (position it on the bottom right side of each page)
- Must maintain site PR and all inbound and outbound links
- Must not effect overall sites' online rankings
- Must not effect any of the sites' existing URL's
