Design of a technical complex website

There need to be done a wordpress / bootstrap based website.
It includes for first milestone the design of the frontend, the technical development of frontend and the development of product database, a little store locator and about 5 supages (like imprint, contanct, about us). The page should work as parallax scrolling page which scrolls into two directions. As well a product-layer which explaining each product with a little chooser-mechanic. All is explained well according to our PM-Ticket.
The second milestone is then to have all integrated into wordpress. As well the product-db which should be completely administrateable from there and as well the possibility to change graphics and text on frontend. All is explained well according to our PM-Ticket.
