I need someone who is familiar with the Divi Wordpress theme from Elegant Themes to make 3 small changes to my wordpress site. This is

1. I need you to make the design of the site universal. The internal pages of the site are not displaying the design of the home page. I want the design of the home page on all internal pages.

2. Add an ad plugin that is able to load 300 x 600 ads that rotate every 8-10 seconds in the sidebar. Also, I need to be able to load 728 x 90 banner ads.

3. One other minor issue is that the background image of the home page carries through in the mobile format and takes up real estate on the right and left-hand side of the page when viewed on mobile devices. I’d like to be able to see the background image on the desktop and tablet versions of the site when viewing the page content, but not on mobile.
