Convert 2 sites to HTML/CSS

i need the following two sites converted to static html/css and be W3C compliant. I need this done within 72 hours max! I expect perfect clean code. Sites should be exact as they are now but tidied up with a leaner, meaner and more optimized code that makes it easier for adding new girls to portfolio and better for the SEO of the sites. The members button can be removed from each site.
I DO NOT HAVE THE PSD FILES FOR THESE SITES. YOU WILL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD EVERYTHING FROM THE WEBSITES THEMSELVES

both sites are identicle in design. only difference is meta, page text, image names, alt tags and overall optimization and wording.
I need optimization and all text, file names, meta and pictures to have exactly the same names as they do now on each respective site.
