Our website is not formatted well in Windows Explorer. The website is run on Wordpress using the "Storefront Original" theme.

I need a developer to:

1. Upgrade our site to wordpress 3.2.1 but ensure that customisation of our template is kept in place.

2. Ensure that the website displays correctly in all major browsers, in particular Windows Explorer 9 but earlier versions too.
