This is a simple test, proof of concept i want developed.

The app will read a message from a particular contact, that message will be a command that the app will then excute it into gestures to accomplish a custom task. (One command is needed. Then show me how to add more commands myself)

No need for UI, all commands will be programmed on pc. Looking for something as simple as possible for now. Only rough working version. Looking for best rates.
