Android hybrid app (webview wrapper) requires Auto login using cookies and error handling added.

We have an existing webview android app that the requires the below to be added/fixed.
1. Our Auto login isn't working through the webview app. This is cookie based so app needs to be able to detect/save/remove a cookie on the phone.
2. Want some error handling message to be displayed for users when there is no internet access, can the app display a user friendly message.
