We need a freelancer to help us develop two things:
1/ App: A tablet & mobile phone app that an engineer can use in a building to do a building survey of building assets (mainly equipment in the building). The engineer will need to input data such as location and details about the equipment/asset and also add images, maybe short video clip and group them for the building/site. The app must work in offline mode, then once connected to wifi upload the data to an online storage via submission. the engineer needs to be able to reload past reports also to add/edit data.
2/ Online storage: Takes the data that has been uploaded from the app and allows admin to view and add/edit the details & run reports, as well as download a PDF version of the data report. Also gives client access to view certain reports online.
We have a full brief including flow chart for understanding and we will supply the full brief to those that we select to quote properly. This is an ongoing project which will involve lots of ongoing work, but initially we would like you to supply us with examples of similar work that you have done and a rough idea of development costs - as well as an overview of how you would develop this app and what services you would use.
