Important iOS App – Webservice – MySQL project. -- 2

This project is segmented in 3 parts.
1) Iphone app: to exchange 3 numbers in a current 10 number ratingbar , with 3 new icons in the app and develop/code some statistics on how many times the buttons have been pressed and then shown these in the app per user!
2) Possible code changes in the existing webservice to secure the information to be shown in the app is possible.
3) Possible code extra tables the mySQL backend to support the wanted statitics to be shown.
The detailed project description is attached. I will deliver a example mockup with app screens as explanation and also the graphics and all other information needed.
I am ONLY interested in highly skilled, wellrated developers with 5+ years experience as a professonal developer!.
I will escrow the entire charge of the project + a good bonus but there will be NO release of any milestones before the project is done!
