iOS and Android App for Wordpress

We have this Wordpress site which has a regular mobile compatible theme, Modern Events Calendar (MEC)and Woocommerce. Now we already have a PWA app on it and even that works fine. But we want to have iOS and Android Native apps which users can download and install from Apple and Google stores.
Our requirement is quite basic
1. When app is installed first time - a login / register screen and login /register should be integrated with Wordpress
2. The start page will be upcoming events from MEC.
3. Most of the pages displayed would be directly from website. All data of the app should be pulled from the wordpress website.
4. Should be fast loading
5. Easy to customize for other similar wordpress sites we have in future
Add on which may be required - ebook adding/view option - please give extra cost for this separately as that may not be done in the first round.
Will source code be provided? Let me know base price of compiled apps and what extra if you also provide source code

Many freelancers have got back stating that our budget is too low. Like I mentioned in my post that we had set a place holder budget. Also there seems to be some confusion that we require some full fledged app. Just to clarify, no - we just need a webview based app but the auto-generated apps sometimes do not work (Wordpress does have plugins that cost just $30-60 which automatically generates the app in iOS and Android) But some minor customizations are not possible like having an initial login page or going forward if we want to add a few more features. Also sometimes for iOS the auto generated apps are not accepted but need to be locally compiled. Hence, based on this information please place a final bid and we can decide accordingly. Also as mentioned we may also require ebook flip book reader integrated and for that we need a separate costing (not part of initial project) Thanks
