I need to remove the "[login to view URL]" app from a 2014 HP pro slate 10 EE G1 tablet, with Android 5.0.2 (can't update further). This app seems to be the reason the tablet crashes, and I need a way to remove it and keep it from automatically reinstalling, and also replicate the procedure as fast as possible in other tablets.

(Update) The solution will have to be replicated by the local staff with no expert knowledge of coding, so it needs to be scripted or bundled in an user-friendly way
