White Board Animator: Short Intro Video

I am looking for a “Doodley” type short animation video that will briefly introduce our staff members. There are 9 team members, 8 of whom are women. The animation does not have to 100% match their appearance, but close enough would be nice. The voice over will be done by each person separately so you do not have to do that part. I I will provide the audio and voice over files for you, unless you can export it in such a way I can attach an audio and music track to it.
The video should be short but to the point. We are a medical facility located inside a hospital dealing with seniors and people who do not have a family physician. Our work is with our community within our city.
Photos of each staff member will be uploaded and used a reference for your animation. Our team is called “Chilliwack Division of Family Practice.”
I only stated Doodly as a tool because I have used it before and I know how to use. However, I am open to suggestions as long as I can obtain that software and put my voice over and music to it.
