We currently have an established nutritional supplement company that has been operational for almost 13 years. We previously founded a similar company in 1989 in Canada that we structured and sold to our employees.
We are currently in late trial stages of a number of very unique and proprietary whole food supplements that will compliment our current products. We want to expand our current business footprint which requires us to raise some capital. We have developed a strategy for this via a "friends & family" founders table equity program. This will be followed by a planned equity crowd funding program. It will require some verbal instructions, so would prefer someone with fluent English. Having experience in creating investment pitch decks would be preferred.
