I need an article of sorts to send to a goverment institution to to help me aquire work from them.

We do fire, flood restoration but the main focus for this is hazardous waste ...asbestos abatement , (Grow ops) mold removal, lead abatement,Bio hazards etc.

I have all the info its justs putting it together i dont have the time right now.

plus once im done that i need more wrtiting to update my website etc.

so writing is whayt i need to start then maybe both writing and it web stuff?
