I need a site/control using C#/ASP.NET and Google Maps that will look and behave VERY similarly to Zillow's Google Maps interface ([url removed, login to view]). Some of the key functionality pieces/changes are:
1. Rather than displaying the # of homes for sale when you hover, it would simply display the population for the various townships/cities/areas. This would display via hover text, as well as load in a bottom panel of the screen after the area is clicked.
2. It would allow different 'scales' that would then auto zoom and auto breakdown to the next level when a user clicked on the area. For example, county-->city/township--->etc. Please refer to the screenshots for an example full drilldown. Users should be able to come in at any point in this process (start at the country level, or start at the city/township level)
