expert asp.net 1.1 mssql server

I need an expert asp.net 1.1 (vb), mssql server developer to work on an existing site for maintenance/functionality upgrade work (including social networking modules, admin panel modifications, incorporation of third-party components (telerik), etc.).

* MUST be an senior/expert developer with many years of experience in coding clean maintainable code, because future developers need to maintain the same code.

* MUST absolutely feel comfortable with telerik, since it is used throughout the site - components will be provided. Please NO learning on the job, must have knowledge about this, otherwise it's a waste of time, because we need to meet specific deadlines.

* MUST show up for work everyday and be available to work live one-on-one via skype/messenger. Communication absolute must. MUST be reliable, honest and hard working (who is willing to go the extra step to make it even better - can earn bonuses). No excuses for no-show accepted.

* MUST have broadband, reliable internet connection (please no internet outtages).

Willing to pay up to $100 for this first week. If you do an outstanding job, long term relationship is guaranteed! You should place your bid for 1 week of maintenance/upgrade work.

I have a project plan, but it doesn't make sense until you see the site. Site is only accessible securely.
