Vicidial - Ratio calls in queue are not transferring to agents

Hello,

Using ratio dialing, calls are showing as in queue but are not transferring to agents. The caller is put on hold for a few seconds then the call is hungup.

So far:

- ********** PRI auto dial calls work fine and transfer fine, its just with SIP

- Screen -list shows 10 consoles, as should be

- The workaround of commenting out the first 2 "exit" clauses in [url removed, login to view] has not worked

- 8369 , 8368, 8365 etc have all been tried. This seems to work well and runs through the dialplans

- Manual calls outbound work fine

Work will be done via teamviewer and I am ready ASAP please.
