Resizing Anime / Movies using ffdshow

I'm trying to make this anime look good with ffdshow on my tv but unfortunately I need help as I can't find any tutorials for it.

Here are my specs:

Sharp 32" lc32d62u 1080P LCD currently using Hdmi to Dvi

2Gb gskill ddr2-1066 ram

Core 2 E6320 3.15

ATI 4850 Video card

Attached, shows my current ffdshow settings and how it looks resized and originally.

I Need someone with experience in this to guide me to make it look almost as good as the original.

So basically I'll need you to go on msn or skype and personally help me and tell me what options to choose and edit.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
