3D AutoCAD Model of Small VTOL Aircraft

I am an independent inventor trying to create a 3D model for a small vertical-takeoff-and-landing (VTOL) aircraft.
I need someone with moderate-to-serious expertise in AutoCAD to complete the 3D model of the aircraft.
Only applicants from the US, Canada, England, or Australia, who are completely fluent in English, will be considered. There are a lot of twists and turns in the invention/drawings and there cannot be any confusion about what I am describing. Experience in the mechanical arts is also desired.
I can draw in AutoCAD only in 2D, but not in 3D. I require the assistance of someone that can finish the 3D models based on what I send you (sketches, prior models, layouts, etc.).
Half of the invention has already been drawn in 3D and I have a master file of the overall invention/system – I will send this to you and try to describe it to you, once the project has been awarded.
I am interested only in someone highly versant in AutoCAD (and in possession of recent AutoCAD software), such that when I send you an assignment, you can send me a modified file within 3-4 days. I pay promptly through Freelancer.com every Sunday/Monday when I am invoiced.
This job requires native fluency in English, and please be very good at and experienced with AutoCAD. For instance, if you can’t create and/or modify layouts, please do not apply.
