Drafting and design services for 350 square feet house renovation

Looking for drafting services to complete a house design to British Columbia, Canada building code. We require an updated foundation plan, main floor plan and 4 exterior elevation plans to show each side of the home and 1 cross section through the renovation and existing potion of the house.
The renovation is approximately 350 square feet and is converting our carport to two bedrooms. The footprint of the house and roof stay the same.. The attached photos include our ideas for the renovation and we're open to suggestions from your expertise. I don't have the old CAD drawings, just paper or PDF copies of the drawings.
Please provide a quote for the completed CAD drawings with the renovation and PDF copies of drawings.
