We are looking for an experienced draftsman to produce landscape shop drawings for a resort refurbishment project..
we have a Revit file with the landscape design done fully on it .. however we need high quality shop drawings including (detailed plans, detailed sections and technical details and specifications) to be provided.
So basically the assigned draftsman will export the main drawings from the Revit file but will need to work on detailing everything and providing specifications and creating accurate technical sections wherever needed for the building process.
The landscape area is approximately 10.000 m2.
Landscape design Revit file will be sent to the draftsman once we agree on the collaboration.
The shop drawings must be submitted within 7 days from the agreement .
The timeline cannot be stretched the refurbishment works are happening in real-time.
Kindly don’t bid on the project if you have little or no experience in landscape shop drawings and technical details.
