i have scanned sketches (pdf) that i need drawn in cad. i will provide a base cad file to use (BOWMAN PLAN) to REFERENCE ONLY as a template (autocad).
I need full set of plans from freelancer. plans need to use IMPERIAL scale and meet 2018 IRC code.
Including ~ Floorplan, Foundation plan (concrete slab), building sections (2), roof framing plan (show rafters and hips , etc.), exterior elevations (2d all 4 sides) , electrical plan, and an overall 3d perspective view for the cover sheet. freelancer will provide A Autocad file (dwq) and pdf plot files when completed.
