I am looking for experts and professionals in 3ds Max, 3D Architect Design, 3D Interior Design.

I have a company of Home Automation and I need this house with all realistic environments for exterior places to create an interactive presentation and show in our website what the automation can do at a house.

For this job, I need.
1º. All project in 3ds Max.
2º. Modern exterior design.
3º. All realistic environments with textures, objects, modern furniture, illumination with led lights, down lights and wall washer .
4º Visualization of 4 different angles to show all places of this house.
5º. Visualization during the day and during the night for showing the lights effects during the night.
About this project - details:
For the house interior:
1º. Put lights inside the house like the example below:

For the house exterior and environments:
For the house and garden:
1º. Create an external environment area with garden.
2º. Put lights in different points of the house exterior – 2 floors, balcony, garage, stairs, paths and etc…
3º. Add one or two cars in front of the garage. I will provide a car in 3ds Max. I bought some models, see the links below:

4º. Put lights in different points of the garden
5º. Put lights in the plants and trees to get a pleasant visual effect.
6º. Add textures for all exterior.
For the entertainment area
1º. Create a place with a swimming pool with led light inside and around to get a pleasant visual effect. With modern and comfortable chairs around the swimming pool.
2º. Create an external entertainment area with Bar and Grill barbecue with illumination.
The bar should have:
Led TV
Motorized lift with projector
Motorized screen (built-in in the ceiling)
Modern and comfortable chairs
For this project, I need of all files in 3ds Max and Jpeg.
About the payment, the total value of the project will be divided by the number of environments and the payment will be made when each environment is finished.
If the first environment is not like our demand for this work, we won't continue with the project and no payment will be made.
