Architectural Draftsman for Site Assessment
$25-50 AUD / hour
I am seeking an experienced architectural draftsman for a detailed site assessment for the design attached below placed on a off grid property in the Tabulam area NSW. The site has no services and is in a bush fire zone. The project entails taking into consideration aspects such as the building envelope, energy efficiency, and water efficiency.
On-site is necessary to do a site and drainage assesment. We prefer someone from Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Lismore, Grafton is closer.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and understand provided concept of the site
- Perform a comprehensive assessment on the building envelope, energy efficiency, and water efficiency
- Develop drafts that reflect these assessments with high accuracy
Ideal candidate:
- Proven experience as an architectural draftsman in bushfire areas
- Excellent understanding of building envelopes, energy efficiency, and drainage plan
- Analysis of GIS (slope and setbacks)
- Familiarity with PBP 2019 and BASIX requirements
