Using existing gross floor area of 105 square meters, prepare an internal office layout, with external facade elevations and site plans including car park design. Design must be to Australia standards and must be PWD (person with disability) compliant.
Preference is towards predominantly open plan design with boardroom, 2-3 enclosed offices, small reception / waiting area, PWD facilities & kitchenette. Several design options would be preferred. PDF/JPeg & CAD files to be provided.
