I'm looking for a professional architect or designer to help me with the initial planning and evaluation of a commercial development project. The building will consist of a retail store on the ground floor and accommodation on top, including a carwash area at the rear . Here's an overview of what I need:
- **Site Visit & Evaluation**: Your task will be to assess the location and conduct a detailed analysis of the site. This will involve looking at factors such as the topography, access points, and surrounding buildings. Your findings will be crucial in determining the viability and constraints of the project.
- **Concept Design**: Based on the evaluation, I need you to create a preliminary concept design for the development. This should include the layout of the retail store and the accommodation, as well as integrating the carwash area. - **Budget Estimate**: Finally, I require a detailed budget estimate for the entire project.
