School building design in Bihar, India
$8-15 USD / hour
This project is mainly for designing a school in India. The floor plan should be G+3. I will include all the requirements and measurements of the land. Though the land is more than 2 acres, which is a requirement for CBSE school, the land is not rectangular and we have to make best use of the land. Some of the requirements I have put in the documents, but some generic requirement are like this:
1. the total floor requirement will top 30,000sq feet
2. It should be designed on eastern part of the land and should utilize the land as much as possible.
3. The school should be designed in Modular way, so that the construction is possible in PHASES. It’s very important
4. There should be 4 phases of design. more info is given in the doc
5. As it’s situated in North India, specifically Bihar, the ventilation should be really kept in mind
6. I have some preliminary design from another local architect for guidance, and should be used as reference.
7. The proper school building requirements of CBSE should be followed
8. BUilding code in India should be follwoed properly
9. Though the land itself is on little higher ground, but the sorrounding areas are genreally waterlogged. Will do the soil testing
10. I haven’t really decided which way the school will face, either North or North-West. We can discuss that scenario.

1. All floor designs
2. Structural Designs and onsideratins
3. 3-D view of the school and animation or video if possible
4. Interiors and exteriors design
You will be paid in $$. Although I posted Hourly rate, I would like you to give me overall cost and we will have milestones for different delivery.
