The project is for 2 website fixes, please do not bid if you cant do BOTH the website fixes. Zero feedback bids will be deleted.

1. The first problem that needs fixing is the members area of my website.

Change language from English to German, you will notice that is a whole host of functions not available in the English language. I want all the functions thats available in the German Language to be available in all the languages and translated.

2. I have another website that sells an ebook, the payment gateway is Paypal. I want a customised message from the website, when ever someone buys through paypal to be sent to their paypal email address.

e.g. when I buy the ebook through paypal on XYZ website, I will receive a message to my paypal email address, saying

Thanks for buying from website XYZ, Your ebook will be delivered. Here is our contact email address.

I am looking at a low cost bid from a good reputation bidder. The ebook website is very simple and online contains a few pages.
