You will be employeed by me i am based in london uk

we will arrange a contract between us of completed work

and also in contract confidentiality will be required and privacy

a % of finished products sales revenue will be offered to developer

developer will need to know how to use logic analyser, protocol analysers and occiloscopes , be able to program cpu and atmel chips

be able to code in c and arm assembly be able to reverse engineer lost code in embedded systems and digital circuits be able to debug and create third party add ons for embedded systems and digital circuits also be able to creat custom add on circuits for other devices prototypes for mass production

so electronics + software combination is needed if you have ateam in your country also that is interesting for me maybe 2 to 4 guys we can disscuss
