Need software to check domain availability in bulk

Hello,
I need some kind of software or online script to check domain availability in bulk. I need to be able to load at least 5,000 domains and it checks for their availability.
I will have a text file with a list of domains, example:

[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
Software will check the availability for 6 tld, they are .com, .net, .info, .ca, .co, .biz, and .org.
Software will create 2 notepad files after finishing checking the list of domains like this:
One will list all the successful, meaning available domains to buy.
One will list all the unsuccesful, not available to buy.
It will be multi-threaded, I will be able to specify how many threads to use.
And it support private proxies.I will have list of private proxies in a txt file.
I will have list of 25,000 urls sometimes and I want the software to finish without timing out.. I am willing to throttle it to only 5,000 at a time if needed. I will be running the software on windows 7 Home Edition and also Windows 2008 Server, both have a lot of memory.
Software should work smoothly.
I have used Scrapebox's checker already and it is inaccurate a lot of times, so I need my own solution that is more accurate.
Please explain your qualification to write this software.
