Arduino Mega, FreeRTOS and Nextion programming

I would like help with a simple project involving multi-threading on Arduino Mega with use of RTOS like FreeRTOS.
What I want to achieve is to run two servos and a stepper motor simultaneously. There would be 4 controls on the Nextion display
1. Button/s to Start /Stop Stepper Motor (one or two buttons you can choose.)
2. Button/s to Start /Stop Servo 1
3. Button/s to Start /Stop Servo 2
4. A progress bar tied to one of the servo progressing as it moves from 0 to 180.
The program should run in a way so that any of them can be started and stopped from Nextion Display at any time.
The final deliverable is the sketch, wire schematic and .hmi code.
The key is to run the Nextion display, servo's and stepper motor smoothly and in a manner that they respond to the command from the display without lag.
