NinjaTrader Platform. I need a Value added to an indicator so many ticks above the set line

I have an indicator For NinjaTrader platform, that plots a range and I would like to have a line that plots a set numbers above the range. I would like to be able to change this number as needed inside the indicator for other instruments as they are all different. I already have the one indicator built but this value just needs to be added in. Id like to have it renamed as well.
Above and Below the range, it would be the same set value.
