I sell vacant land, so if I mention to you that I need a home sketch that is a 3 bed 3 bath home with 3,000 square feet on two floors, then I will need detailed layouts. Also commercial diagramming is a plus like a gas station or warehouses.
I am looking to do business for a long time- right now probably 2-3 per month but as the business grows I may need 10-20 per month.
