Back-end interface with HMRC (UK) required like other cloud / apps for payroll and self assessment functionality.

This is a minimum price posted for the project as it is likely that the project scope expands vastly. More details on current scope will be explained once the project is awarded. I would be keen to hear from people that have worked on developing softwares such as Self Assessment and Making Tax digital with the HMRC in the UK (however this is not a deal breaker).
