Fill out contact forms to send a message to website owners

**I am looking for people** to do a search on google and find the contact email address of the site owner. You will then make a general comment about the site so they know that a human looked at it. Then add my premade message and send to the website contact email address and BCC me so that I can track what was sent.
I need people who are intelligent and can construct a message that shows the recipient that you actually looked at their website and not sound like you are a robot or unintelligent person.
I will pay 10 cents for each contact that I receive(thats the purpose of the BCC to me). I was able to do 100 contacts in one hour, so the job should be 10 dollars an hour if you can do this at the same rate, or faster = more money.
It is CRITICAL that the message is clearly generated by a person that looked at the website and not just an email blast to any email address you find. Please contact me if you are interested.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
