I need a command line or software that can play video out a Blackmagic Decklink 4k Extreme or (SDI 4K Capture & Playback) card SDI out to my broadcast SDI monitor where I can view CEA-608 or 708 closed captions. I have Mpeg-2 and MP4 files with 608 and 708 captions embedded in the file, these captions need to be preserved and viewable out the Decklink to the SDI monitor when the file is played. Could be FFMPEG (I have a build with Decklink support, but it is not showing captions) or compiled application made from the Decklink SDK.
