Already working and tested Code for Correlation of 2D binary objects using Fast Fourier Transform in C is available.
Extension of code for 3D objects is needed. Note: there is a half working code for 3D objects is available but there are some concerns. You are free to use that code.
3D objects using openGL (Quadratic Koch island fractal at iteration 0, 1, 2, 3 ) is available.
Can't use any library like FFTW.
Should build for MAC.
