A sample code needed to transcode (using ffmpeg libraries) h264 video to h264 video with EXACTLY the same parameters. Each frame of the source video shoul be modified in some simple demonstration manner. For example, Y for each pixel should be set to half of the original value. Audio must be just copied. Video frames count, types and timestaems in output video should be EXACTLY the same as in source video.
