I need a Pinescipt developer who knows a little about stock trading

I need a developer that can make a program that alerts me for a group of stocks of my liking (maybe like 15), if certain conditions arise. The condition (event) will be logged and the stock will receive points and later remove points when the stock doesn't meet the condition . I want time periods to act as multipliers. Event happen on daily(1x), on weekly(2x), and monthly (3x).
The events I want tracked:
- Upper/Lower Bollinger Band Break = 10 points on daily
- Gap Up/Down (yesterday's Close to todays Open (Eastern time) is more than 1% of stock
price) = 10 points on daily
- both Upper BBB and Gap Up or Lower BBB and Gap Down = 3 points on daily
- $SPY both Upper BBB and Gap Up or Lower BBB and Gap Down = 7 points on daily
- $PCC is >1.25 = 20 points (ONLY ON DAILY(NO MULTIPLIER))
