Change colour at my fence and gate

I need help changing the color of my fence and gate. The current color is light grey and they are both made of metal. I'm not sure what color I want them to be changed to, so I am looking for a professional to help determine what color would be best and then to actually do the painting. My fence and gate both need to be properly prepped and painted for the job. It would be great if the contractor had experience with metal painting as well.
