Simple html5 mobile shop with some framework like jQuery mobile for true mobile app experience

Hello, I have a design ready simple shop and need to program it to feel and look like an mobile app.
All the graphics and icon provided in psd. files.
Functionalities:
- customer login (with login credentials given to customer)
- simple menu with products, favorites and last orders
- choosing products from products list
- filtering products by category
- hiding and expanding filters buttons
- adding products to cart
- adding products to favorites
- cart overview and order summary
- send order
- no transaction system as customers have credit line
- popup dialog with order confirmation
- popup dialog when order amount exceeds credit limit
Some details:
- minimum order amount of 6 pieces and a multiply of six (12,18,24 etc)
- 3 categories of products
- minimum order is 6 pieces in each category, you cannot mix 4 pieces in one category and add 2 pieces from second category because of different box packaging.
Some visual requirements:
- feel and look like app
- www adress field hide
- smooth and quick transitions
- responsive
I'm adding some screens ( in polish language as it will be for polish market)
For programming purpose I will add english descriptions.
