Determine the correct contact method comparing several email addresses, principal names and mailing addresses.

We have a database. It contains several methods of contact.
We need to determine which is the correct, best option.
The desired outcome will be the proper contact name, best method of contact; either proper email, mailing address or by phone.
The information includes personal email, business email and professional email.
We also have two mailing address.
And we have the name(s) of the principal business owner(s)
We would like to:
Weed out the professional email and not send here.
Professional email would be lawyers, CPAs and Filing services.
These are services and not a desired contact. These are easy to identify by the naming convention and the frequency in the data.
A desired email is either a busines or a personal email.
We would like to determine if there is a contact name.
Business email could be identified by not being professional.
The "name" could be a name@businessName where the "businessName" is a URL
The "name" could be a "principal name" owner in the business.
This could be a good email and a good contact name.
OR
The email address is not be a professional email
The email is not a name@businessName with name as a principal.
The email is a @[login to view URL] or other non business URL and the "name" is a principal to the business.
This person is a contact name for the business and this is a good email.
If the email address is determined and the contact is determined add the name to a "Principal Contact name" and "Principal Email"
field.
If the proper email is not determined, run a script to determine the correct address to send a letter to the business.
The mailing address and the recipient might be a professional service such as a lawyer, CPA or filing service.
These can be identified by frequency, repetitive entries in the data records.
Ideally, the Mailing address and the site address match. Making this the proper address.
If they dont match, we need to see if the mailing address matches a return mailing address and is not a professional address.
If it does belong to a professional service, we need to add an indicator identify the preferred mailing address.
And we need to determine the best contact name to address the letter.
This could be the Prinipal Governor.
If we cannot determine the correct mail address we need to contact by a phone call.
And a indicator to contact by Phone needs to be added to the data record.
We need to own the code in its raw format and if compiled.
We need to validate it.
Milestones are OK.
Your code is part of a automated script. It must be able to run without intervention on a daily basis.
The indicators must be declared and field entries identified for use in other applications.
Your skill must be qualified.
