Data entry on Point of Sale system (Restaurant Menu's)

We have an ongoing requirement for somebody to assist with data entry on Point of Sale system. The POS system is for restaurants so the role basically involves inputting product data into the system..
I have made some video’s for you here to show how products are expected to be input:

Please only bid if you understand the process from videos attached. If you have previous experience working with Point of Sale systems or product data entry please mention with your bid.
The initial menu consists of 72 products so please also provide estimate of how quick you think you can complete the task. Thanks.
